Test Stands for Heavy Duty Vehicles
RENK Systems Corporation has built numerous test stands for heavy-duty and off-road vehicles: trucks, buses, fork lifts and other material-handling equipment, and agricultural equipment, including tractors and harvesters. Our customers include Caterpillar, Navistar, MAN Truck & Bus, AGCO, and Claas.
We design and build test rigs to suit your preferences:
- Roll-equipped chassis dynamometers for testing complete single- or multiaxle drivetrains
- Hub-mounted or driveshaft-mounted dynamometers for testing engine-transmission assemblies in the vehicle
- Test stands for transmissions, transaxles, axles, gearboxes, or driveshafts
- A customized system to meet your particular requirements
In addition, our drivetrain test systems can be enclosed in environmental test chambers and can be configured for suspension testing.
We can provide PC- or PLC-based solutions to fit your needs and budget. And all of our test stands can be set up with a user-friendly interface for simplified automatic operation and data acquisition.
